One screen, every source
People, phones, addresses, relatives and associates, employment, property, vehicles, records and business filings, from a single form. Declare your purpose once, then pick the search and run it.
Nothing to install and nothing to integrate. Every user has their own login, their own declared purpose and their own audit trail, and you pay for the searches that actually run.

Every search queries the files as they stand at that moment. Each record shows where it came from and how much corroboration sits behind it: one source is single; two or more agreeing is corroborated. Neither is called verified, because neither is.
Names, addresses, phones and employers in a result are clickable, each one opens a new search already filled in. Follow-on searches carry the subject, purpose and matter forward, so nothing is retyped and nothing is mistyped.
Relatives and associates come back as a map you can rearrange by dragging, colour-coded by relationship. A link means a shared identifier or a shared address, and that is what the map says it means.
Including the ones we blocked. Filter by matter, purpose or date, and export the lot to CSV without asking us for it.
Each user gets their own login and their own line in the audit trail, so you can always see who ran what. Billed on active seats, deactivate a login and you stop paying for it.
Everything the browser does is available over REST if you want to wire it into a case management system. Most accounts never touch it. API reference.
You declare your GLBA permissible purpose, and where relevant your DPPA permissible use, at the start of each session, together with the liability terms. That declaration is written to every search you then run and resolved per data class, so a report spanning credit-header and motor vehicle data carries the right statute on each row instead of one blanket code over all of it. If your account is not credentialed for that purpose against that data class, the search does not run, is not billed, and is still recorded.
Declarations expire after twelve hours and end when you sign out. A purpose declared this morning does not still authorise searches tomorrow night.
Elsewhere this is a checkbox at signup and a clause in the terms. When a client or a regulator asks why a search happened, you want to answer with a file.
Entity, licence, the work you do, the purposes you need.
We verify, then provision the data classes your purposes support.
Browser login for your whole office. No install, no onboarding fee.
Billed monthly, itemised against your matters.
Any platform in this category can hand you a list of records. The work that matters happens after the provider answers and before you read the screen.
A name search matches several different people, and their address histories are not one history. Each match becomes its own profile carrying its own SSN, date of birth, age, person ID and addresses. Profiles are ordered by how well each matches the identifiers you actually searched, and the reasons are named on the profile: address in WA, full name matches, reported in the last two years. Anything that argues against a match gets its own line, where you will see it.
Every address, phone and email carries a score out of five derived from facts on the record: whether it was dated, whether that date is inside two years, whether the line detail is known, whether it appears on more than one entry. The reasons travel with the score, so hovering it answers why five. A score you can’t account for is not evidence.
The two most recent addresses on every profile are run against the county assessor at no extra charge: owner of record where the county publishes it, assessed value split into land and improvements, acreage, land use, zoning and the legal description. Where a county publishes transfers you also get the sale date, both parties, and the recorder's document number, which is what you hand a courthouse runner. Eleven Washington counties are read live. Anywhere else, the page names the county as unmapped and still shows you the aerial view of the parcel.
Assessor data is not an encumbrance search. Mortgages, deeds of trust and liens are recorded in the county Auditor's index, a separate system, and we do not claim to read it.
When a source is down, rejects a subject, or is not entitled for a product, the search says which, costs nothing, and records the cause against the search ID. A provider outage and a genuine no-hit are different answers and are never shown as the same one.
Credentialing usually takes two business days.
