## Key facts

- Lodestone Data is a data platform, not a consumer reporting agency. Data furnished is not a consumer report and may not be used for FCRA-regulated decisions (employment, tenant, credit, insurance).
- Access is restricted to credentialed business entities. Licensure, entity standing, and permissible purpose are verified before an account is activated.
- A permissible-purpose code is required on every individual search, not per account or per session. Requests without one are rejected before any upstream data call and are not billed.
- Pricing is per search and published. No monthly minimum, no seat licence, no annual commitment. Volume tiers apply automatically.
- A search that finds nothing is a no-hit: reduced price, and the documented negative is delivered.
- Blocked requests are never billed but are always logged.
- Subject identifiers are stored hashed. Search results are purged on a retention clock; the search log is retained longer as the compliance record.
- Bank and brokerage account location is deliberately NOT sold through this platform at any price. It requires a human-reviewed permissible purpose and is referred to an independent licensed investigative agency as a separate engagement.
- Any search that comes back too thin to act on can likewise be escalated to that agency.
- Employment locates carry no charge at all when nothing is found.
